National Careers Week 2026, 2 - 7 March 2026

National Careers Week (NCW) is a celebration of careers guidance and free resources in education across the UK. The aim is to provide a focus for careers guidance activity at an important stage in the academic calendar to help support young people leaving education.

The theme for National Careers Week 2026 is " Own your Future". This theme focuses on empowering individuals to take control of their career journeys, building skills, and exploring diverse pathways beyond traditional routes. It encourages moving from wondering "what can I do" to deciding "what can I be"
