Snow Much Fun in New Hampshire!
During the first week of the Easter holidays, 40 students from Years 8, 9, 10, and 12 travelled across the Atlantic for our long-awaited ski trip to New Hampshire, USA. The group made the most of five incredible days on the slopes, beginning with two days at Waterville Valley before moving on to Cannon Mountain for the final three. Conditions were superb throughout, offering a perfect mix of sunshine, challenging runs, and plenty of laughter.
Off the slopes, the fun continued with candlestick bowling, an evening at a classic arcade, and the infamous Mr Bates’ Quiz Night, which sparked fierce but good-natured competition between groups. The trip concluded in style with our awards evening, celebrating progress, effort, and unforgettable moments from the week. A final spot of designer shopping provided the perfect way to unwind before heading home.
It was a truly memorable trip — a mix of adventure, teamwork, and great humour from start to finish. The students were an absolute credit to the school, consistently demonstrating enthusiasm, resilience, and togetherness throughout. A huge thank you to all staff and students who made the trip such a success. Keep your eyes peeled for information on the next one!
