Get On Board! September 2026
Are you considering boarding for your child?
Join us at our Get On Board! event to explore life in Hockerill's boarding houses, meet our boarders and boarding staff, and discover what makes our boarding community so special.
You'll hear from our Principal and our Director of Boarding before having the opportunity to ask any questions during a Q&A session.
Prospective students will also have the opportunity to spend time in our boarding houses and meet current boarders, giving them an authentic insight into life as a boarder at Hockerill.
The evening is aimed at children who are currently in Year 6 or Year 5 and their parents.
Date: Monday 28th September
Time: 18:00 – 19:30
Weekly Boarding is now available from just three nights per week, offering families greater flexibility than ever before.
This new arrangement is designed to support parents balancing work, travel or other commitments, while giving students full access to the College’s academic and co-curricular opportunities during the week.
Weekly boarders benefit from a structured routine, time for prep and enrichment, and a strong sense of community — while still enjoying regular time at home.
