Teacher of Social & Cultural Anthropology

We are looking to appoint a teacher of Social and Cultural Anthropology. The successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive and experienced Humanities department and will teach the subject to groups of motivated and enquiring students in Key Stage 5.

The College is situated in Bishop’s Stortford within the beautiful landscaped grounds of a former teacher training college and is within 30 minutes of both London and Cambridge, with Stansted Airport just 10 minutes away. We have a roll of 900 students, both day and boarding, including a Sixth Form of 250 students.

Hockerill offers the International Baccalaureate Diploma as the sole course of study in the Sixth Form, with GCSEs and the (IB) Middle Years Programme in lower years.
