Hockerill College is delighted to let its facilities for use by external organisations. The College has a long-standing relationship with Studio Cambridge which offers overseas students between the ages of 11 and 14 residential English Language courses during the summer. In addition to this over the last 4 years Telligo have offered summer residential courses for French children on a Harry Potter theme.

The Hockerill Sports Trust was formed in partnership with Bishop’s Stortford Hockey Club for the establishment and operation of the flood-lit All Weather Pitch. This resource is booked year-round as a training surface for hockey and many other local sports teams. The school gym & Sports Hall are let for junior sports activities and is also used on occasions as a venue for children's parties.

Hockerill's St Albans Hall is the main college assembly hall and theatre. It has been let in the past for a range of events such as fundraisers, choir and orchestra performances and short training courses. It has also been used for BBC Radio 4’s “Any Questions?”.

Although the boarding side of the College's activity takes up the majority of the calendar, there are still opportunities for external organisations to make use of the school's grounds, buildings and facilities.
